As the Chief Functionary of the organization Shri Manoj Kumar Jha provides strategic leadership and direction, aligned with  mission and goals. His  aim is to build a strong and dedicated team of staff and volunteers, and to cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence. He has  a strong background in the handicrafts sector, with extensive knowledge of various crafts and techniques and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Also able to assess the needs and goals of artisans, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies and solutions to help them in their field. He has a keen sense of how to build and maintain strong partnerships, and  knows how to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization. His ability to build trust and foster collaboration is key to the organization’s success. He is an effective communicator, a strategic thinker, and a skilled leader who is committed to promoting the goals and values of the organization.

As a General Secretary of an organization, Mrs. Kusum Saini  reflects  a range of skills and experience that enable to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensure that it is fulfilling its mission and goals. She has excellent organizational and management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple functions and projects simultaneously.  She has a degree in a relevant field, such as Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Arts (Fine art and Abstract art)  and also has prior experience working in the field of Handicraft in which her  business is operating. Apart from these she is a Women Entrepreneur having  experience in starting and growing a business, preferably in a male-dominated industry. She also faced unique challenges as a woman entrepreneur, and has developed strategies and solutions to overcome these challenges. Her goal is to empower and inspire other women artisans to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. She  aims to be a role model and mentor to other women, and to actively promote gender equality and diversity in the business world.

She has a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and is able to work collaboratively. She has exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving the organization’s vision and passionate about the  rights and opportunities of women artisans.

As a treasurer of AIPSS, Mrs. Putul Choudhary  is responsible for overseeing all financial transactions and ensuring that the organization’s finances are managed effectively. She has developed and implemented financial policies and procedures that have streamlined the organization’s financial operations and improved its overall financial performance. In addition to her financial expertise, she  is a strong leader who has successfully managed teams of finance professionals. She is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure. She has a collaborative approach to leadership and is able to work closely with other members of the organization to achieve common goals. Her skills and experience make her an invaluable asset to AIPSS. Her dedication to financial management and her commitment to excellence have helped to ensure the organization’s financial stability and success.
